I joined less than a year. I found the training time GW gives in the beginning very useful as it gives you time to learn the GW processes and way of working. You progress small and then you start getting more responsibilities till you feel comfortable in your role.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I worked in very large companies and customers and I never had a onboarding time like here. Besides the time for you to learn the process and products, you count with someone (your buddy) to help you navigate, meet people, and make you very welcomed. I feel that people in general is very committed.

People are always there to help you. time for training and growth.
