In terms of culture, it is really good. However, when it comes to compensation, it's just average. My manager has been working very hard to provide professional development opportunities for me. Unfortunately, there are no projects available for me to showcase my skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I joined the company during a period of economic downturn, but now that the economy has improved, my salary remains the same as before. In the APAC region, we are experiencing a shortage of projects, which limits our ability to showcase our skills and justify a salary adjustment or increment.
