Working with engineers is fun. However the management and executive level never seem to learn from their mistakes. Their communication is consistently awful around changes, the timelines are set before the scope of work is understood. The result is people at the lowest level picking up the slack

The engineering teams always seem to help each other and work towards the common goal so that everyone succeeds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engineering teams have a sense of camaraderie. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to continue as you go up the hierarchy
