I love the company, and the transparency from top level executives is excellent. It would be nice for the executive team to think about enhancing retirement benefits, like maybe adding some insurance benefits for early retirees, or allowing for deferred compensation to help retirees.

Good challenges, and significant projects that progress the the product forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of wanting to help everyone on the team succeed is excellent. Little people politics are seen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is excellent, love the excellent pay, and the stock grants. The stock grants are really a nice perk and keep me focused on long term goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is very focused on the employees as being the asset first, not the software or the profits. In 30+ years in the S/W business I have not seen this be so strong as it is a Guidewire Software.
