Something disastrous would have to happen for me to decide to leave. When you've worked for a few companies during your career, some are best forgotten and some you won't forget. Guidewire is one of those for me, a career defining Guidewire with plenty of opportunities for advancement!

Very professional and courteous, humorous and well mannered, technically strong and curious, above all wanting to maintain that non toxic working environment above all else.

The leadership team is made up of genuine leaders in this space with the knowledge and technical experience that make you want to work towards the company goals!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working together in our pod on the shared objectives we have, whether that's an upcoming release, or just maintaining our sprint velocity or that we have some new technology to figure out!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very competitive, companies have different ways of retaining staff in a field which should a range of jobs currently available. Not only do Guidewire pay fairly, along with the added perks of pension and healthare but the quarterly retention policy is very well received
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The term collegiality is used quite often and you can actually sense it. People have joined Guidewire from various other companies, one thing you know is if you have worked in a toxic environment previously is that you will find Guidewire is the polar opposite.
