Although I have only been at the company for less than 6 months, and I have been working remotely, I have already felt appreciated and valued by my team and management for my work and personal contributions. I'm also excited for the future of the company as we continue to evolve.

Hard-working and collaborative. Help each other when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are authentic, humble, and they put people first.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy collaborating within my team and cross-functionally. We celebrate successes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and responsive. People want to help each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have frequent communications like Mondays with Mike or Company meetings. They are also very transparent and open.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite joining during the pandemic and working remotely, my team has been very warm and engaging. We enjoy socializing even remotely.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base pay is competitive with the market and I look forward to the annual bonus (if it is paid). The hiring bonus and RSU upon hire were also appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite the fact that I have been remote since I started in June 2020 due to the pandemic, I feel connected to my team and my department. People are open, honest, and fun-loving.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team and being supported by management. Management creates an environment where I feel a sense of security and belonging. This in turn creates a team that is optimistic and supportive. There's a can-do attitude as well as a sense of fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel safe and supported by my leadership and by my team. It is also easy to connect with others I don't work with directly. People are open and helpful. It doesn't feel overly competitive or political (which I have experienced at other high tech companies).
