Great. A bit overwhelming and aggressive initially but eased out gradually after few months. Overall work has been streamlined. Pandemic too created quite a lot of stress due to time management with the kids and other tasks. Overall the company experience has been good with little ups and down

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stock options are less as compared to other companies and I feel there should be project incentives tied to every project. ESPP should be an option for the employees which I feel is lacking in this company.
