Great training program, though some things need to be revised. Overall I feel kind of out of place in my current role. Feel like venturing into another department but I'm not sure where to start. Asked my manager about it and they weren't really sure too. Current project is slight mundane.

They care about interaction between employees and the cultural benefit of it. Little to no discrimination and equal chances are given.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think encouraging activities between people of common/similar interest is the easiest way to foster relationship. Things like hackatons or friendly competitions that encourage teamwork and at the same time we can learn from each other is great.
