What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a high producing team who works hard and supports each other as needed. The team is like family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direction the CEO is taking the leadership team. I hope he is able to weed a few of them out as there are a few who don't really foster our core values. There should be no room for bullies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid at market for my position. I believe this is because of the length of time I have been with the company. I did not pass this approach down to those who report to me and make sure they are paid for what they do.
