I love my job and I love where I work. But I cannot stand my F.O.M which makes me feel like I need to keep my options open for other opportunities. I'd prefer to be in a place where the management sets an example of good work ethic.

The corporate team does not know or seem to care what is happening on site at the property level. They micro manage without being there and make it very hard to get help or get anything done. I don’t feel they really care about their employees, though they do email that they do. Actions spea
