If they dislike you they will gang up on you. They will start sending you home early if they dont like.

Whole new management team in assembly. Flush out the negative and replace with better management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better management... You cant walk around hating you employees, treating them like trash. Human Resource the three ladies I have meet, have the worst attitudes and are impatient.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most like to keep up mess and are messy. They watch everything you do and say just to keep up mess. Its ran like a high school. A whole different management time would make the place a better place.
