I like my line lead. But that's about it.

Communication. They never tell us anything and if you ask them a question you get 5 different answers from 3 different managers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need to be able to communicate with HR. They don't even have a number for us to call and talk to someone. It is so frustrating.

Hiring better employee with more work ethics.

Great culture, startup setting in the US but backed by global infrastructure

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Great mission statement. Competent staff and yes they are willing to listen to the customer's request to exceed customer satisfaction
