The company has a wonderful vision for the future, and a great attitude toward what they hope to achieve, but a lack of proper process organization and overwhelmed staff with too much on their plates. We need more focus of specialization / departmentalization so everyone can properly do their job.

When processes run smoothly, and are being followed by all participants.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse team members, and the differences are celebrated instead of simply being tolerated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to new ideas, and recognize that there is room for improvement in the ways things are now.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to speak / interview with a variety of different individuals from different levels of management and departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did not expect to be working 9-11 hour days when I signed on. This was not discussed during my interview, and my expected salary was based on 8 hour days.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all consider the others when making decisions. Ex: If I do this, how will it effect the rest of my team? What can I do now that will help out the next person in this chain?
