Genuinely really smart people, egoless and will reach across teams to help one another.
The people my level and below and getting to work with really smart, interesting people.
Empowering people to be the experts in their fields, not micromanaging, paying people what they are worth, respecting work/life balance, actually living the DNA values.
If I was not paid $25k less than people at the same level as me who have less experience than I do. I would feel more valued if my SLT or manager ever asked about career aspirations, did any sort of development or at the very least took my recommendations and went with them.
