I have been with HelloFresh for six months and a few weeks, and it's been amazing! In my first couple weeks, I was able to visit our NYC office and connect with our national team. And I don't think the fun has stopped since! Its been a great experience with great people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of it! It's the countless little things that make this the best place I have ever worked! We are treated not like workers but like whole people!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about our team are that we are motivated by one another's successes and strive to help solve obstacles as a team. We are there to work together, not against or in competition with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love developing new processes and solving problems at work. I love knowing that if I have problems, I can go to almost any person and get support. I feel proud of what I have accomplished and built.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health plans are the best part for me because, in America, it's harder and harder to get more affordable care. I also love that we get the discount on HelloFresh, which has saved my family in the last few months.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
SInce I started with HelloFresh, I have observed multiple ways the leadership strives to go above and beyond to let us know that we are valued and appreciated. New ideas are not only welcome, but they are also encouraged. I have never felt so valued at a job!
