I generally love my job and enjoy working at Hello Fresh, some of the people not so much- sometimes I feel like it is adult day care.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work at my own pace and not being micro-managed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently providing more service than what I am getting paid for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of them embody the Hello Fresh DNA and some could use a little bit more training on diversity, inclusion and being egoless.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to understand that everyone's job or occupation requires of them to follow certain processes and that they need to understand that and not give someone a hard time for wanting to do their job the right way.
