There has been a lot of favoritism, gossip, and I felt bullied by my superior making me dread coming in and not able to speak much when I was here. Once I switched work locations, HF is more like the company I was eager to work for and am much happier! I enjoy coming in now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the wage is fair and on track with other positions in a similar category. I think the 401(k) and matching program is good.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get work to do and can feel valued, part of the team, and productive. Most of the time I feel underutilized. My leader doesn't seem to communicate or respond to me much.
