I find this survey similar to working at this company. We like to tell ourselves how good we are. This survey gave no opportunity for constructive criticism, which is something I think we should always week. i.e., where is the Culture Amp survey? I am curiuos how the RTO policy affected results.

When we make changes that improve the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid/and a check.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department moves extremely quickly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports common goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager, who is part of the leadership team, evaluates us as individuals and solely on our performance. This is how all people should act. I do not know if this is across the board.
