When you say brief, I couldn't be due to so much being done to the staff, by our staff members above us. The only thing i love is my team i work with and the guest you meet from all over that never forget you or how you are treated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mrs. Regina was amazing i came in as a temp and worked with 15 other temps all quit except me at that time Mrs R. decided to keep me and make me permanent, after that i was in.
What makes you most happy at work?
Guest and at one point when we had all our other Gm who had faith in us conducted meets with all us and didn't discuss our personal buisness with the other mangers. When we could simple be us but know how to at around guest.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Well gad this came up now lets see what you all gonna do about it the Gm... That is the only way that we can make anything better the way she talks to people and disrespect her employees is not fair and yet HR thinks it all the fired peoples fault because you all communicate with them not us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all pull together we have been doing this for years even when we where with wynd... the team work we put in the fun and laughter we all share the tears of loss ones and we can all talk to each other with out issues arising we just haven't had anyone we could run to when done unjust.
