For my experience in working in inDinero, I can say that I found a family and closest friends here. The working spirit is not toxic and no politics. Working on self growth while helping each other as a team.

I think is the additional benefit for the WFH reimbursement and quarterly performance incentives.

For the compensation package, I think it's fair with benefits also. With the increase we are receiving it helps us be reminded that the company wants to keep us.

Being able to be challenged in the concerns or issues arises within our team and resolved those accordingly. With that, this helps us to grow more professionally and learn new things.

The most positive about the company's environment is the unity of different teams working on one goal. By giving activities that will helps us by providing HHX that is an opportunity to meet different teams.

The best things about my team is the team work. This is a huge help since we have challenging times of many resigning team members. We need to still keep going and work on the transitions.

Being approachable, having team-work and competitive individuals are some of the best things about my team. I think they are also one of the reasons I'm surviving and thriving in this work despite of work from home set-up for more than 2 years.
