Challenging but its good for my career. However, since a lot of employees has been resigning, its quite hard for a new hire to adapt quickly to QBO and handle difficult clients

Its the best I have experienced in my young career. I love the team, I love the culture. I'm just unsure I am getting enough compensation and if I have the opportunity to advance my career (promotion).
