When I accomplish my tasks and helped other teammates to resolve their issues with our clients.

They do listen and compromise. They're doing their best to gave us what's best for us and what will make us grow personally and professionally.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the company is also right-sizing and rescoping the fees for our clients, I think it is also fair to increase our compensation. Due to inflation, employees want their take home pays to increase too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No toxic workmates. Competition will not be felt since we are handling different clients, we only compete from our previous performances. No hierarchy. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. We can talk anything to anyone.
