inDinero is a great company. However, the salary is not competitive enough. The management should focus on providing value to the services of employees doing great jobs to minimize employee turnover and increase job satisfaction.

In my pod, we have an amazing leader. He always listens to our concerns and has great leadership skills.

The pod-specific leadership we have is really amazing. I appreciate how my lead manages the team so well and didn't put any pressure on us when it comes to workloads because of the easygoing vibes he has.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Definitely an annual increase. Other companies in the same field offer a higher salary for the position I have, the credentials, and the experiences I've earned. I can see that my service is undervalued by 30% - 40%.

At this point in my career in indinero, I still feel that my compensation is below PAR from the market. I would feel valued to have a better compensation package. Though this year's SSP indinero has a great one, you have to be a performer at work.
