I enjoy working at Indinero. I have the ability to make an impact and improve things. It is difficult overall as there is resistance to most things. Some Departments don't work together to be successful, they look to be successful as a team and have to work with the others to do the job.

The ability to make improvements and get better every day.

Flexible PTO and focus on the work not the hours working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is improving consistently. Some of the quicker improvements and easier improvements are always being addressed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together and while being successful as a team is focused on the overall company success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is fragmented. We are being led in the right direction as an organization and our leadership (CEO) has us going where the organization needs to be. Unfortunately, the leadership isn't pulling together towards those goals. Focused on their team only not the overall.
