Everyone is welcoming and even though we rarely see each other I think the bond is still there.

I am happy about working from home because it offers flexibility and saves me money on rent and transportation.

The monthly incentive is a significant help to me and my family and the assurance that my basic pay will increase in the future, provided that I deliver a satisfactory work performance.

The best thing about our team is the camaraderie and support we have for each other. As a new member, my colleagues have been instrumental in helping me adjust to my role.

The most positive aspect of our workplace culture, for me, is the strong sense of connection and collaboration among team members. Despite only knowing each other virtually, the support and guidance provided to each team member is truly felt, especially for us new hires.
