I enjoy the actual work I do but feel an enormous amount of stress related to the amount of admin time versus being able to complete billable work. There is so much work to complete that I don't feel I'm able to take time off and still be able to cover client needs.

Insurance benefits and PTO policy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While not always transparent, they do consistently provide communication to the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within my team, a willingness to help each othe out to ensure the work gets done. Unfortunately I don't see that same commitment when working with other departments.
