When I first started with the company I was a bit overwhelmed because a lot was thrown at me at once, but it was the time of year I started. Then COVID-19-hit and it change everything but my team has been great along with the company

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all people with lives but we also put our all into our work. We enjoy working and know we are a team and are on the same page so we can count on each other for help. We care about the growth of the company and our clients success
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that is it an open door policy and there is full transparency. It really feels like a team weather we are together or apart and everyone is wiling to help learn and teach each other. It seems they do a really good job vetting to make sure there is a good compatibility with core values
