I am a new Manager at Jimmy Johns's so I am still learning the in and outs of daily operations. I can say that I like my job alot and I am ready for the challenge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly new so I am not completely sure about anything concerning compensation and benefits as of yet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the leadership team but I am not fully trained and I would like to bring more to our daily operations but I have to be completely knowledgeable about the opening and closing of our stores.
