the manager is really lenient and makes everyone feel comforable

communicating with one another and with crew members to accomodate needs

The manager is really cool and easy to get along with; but judgemental

go above and beyond what's necessary, although acknowledged at times, never see it on my paycheck or move anywhere within the company
