What are some of the best things about your team?
Work well together. We all get along with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I didn't get any help when I'm out for medical reasons. I had to get the store manager to fired me so I can file for unemployment. So I been out of funds for 2 months now. I back up on my rent and other bills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I suppose to got a $1.00 raise in July but got .50. I was told I would get a $1.00 raise after I been at KFC a year. Being a cook I deserve that $1.00. Especially I come in on time and only call out probably twice in a year.
