I'm sure if the higher up people would secretly come to our store in Dunnellon & see the way daily our GM lies to employees, yells & belittles employees, Some things would change & it would be an amazing company to work for. But in the past year 15 people have quit cause of him, problem maybe him.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All the lies and pipe dreams I was told. Lied to about what shift I'd be working, lied to about what is expected of me, lied to about the position I'd be hired for. Painted a fantasy but given hell instead.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co workers on my shift are actually pretty good for me. I don't treat them like I'm in charge of them unless needed. I always include them in decisions about placing them in positions for that shift and I work just as hard right along with them. I can honestly say we are a true team!
