My manager is horrifically verbally abusive towards her employees, many of which (like myself) are teenagers. She cusses, shoves her finger in our faces, and is overall cruel and should not be in a place of power over people. The store is also completely filthy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people with actual respect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are slow, and many customers complain about the general manager.

I liked that my personal interests and value made an impact on whether or not i was hired.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are fine, but managers need to be better about creepier coworkers who tend to target the 16 year olds. it’s disgustin
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a cook, i feel like i do a lot of work and deserve more compensation. i don’t think that’s unfair, especially as the place i work at is chronically understaf
