I've worked at kfc for 3 years and never had a problem with payroll. For some reason now my check doesn't hit my account until late Monday! Payday is Monday but someone or something is not letting me get my check early like I have been for the past 3 years! What's the problem?!

The few that are awesome are really awesome the rest are just seat fillers until the good ones come back
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have to be able to stand up for ourselves against the awful customers and not be taken advantage of.
