i was not properly trained. guarenteed me 23-40 hours to work at 2 store locations, they picked on me, blamed the new girl for things, when i asked to get trained or help they rolled their eyes & didnt want to help, fired me bc of a probationary thing i was never aware of & much more! worst job ever

there is absolutely nothing positive about kfc!!!!!!

the managers, the coworkers, the cleanliness, the training, everything
What did you like most about the interview process?
my interview was fine because i got hired by a girl that quit the next day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
train people, work on attitudes, stop blaming the new people, call pest control, actually clean, actually help people, just because your a manager doesnt mean you can mistreat people, more communication, etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
stop belittling new people, stop calling them names, stop trying to force them to talk or converse about outside work convos, stop bragging about being a pedo, stabbing people, being on drugs, getting kicked out of school, etc.
