This company cares a lot abput revenue. The employees who work at its child care centers are not valued. Wages are capped after an employee makes a certain amount ; in my area wages are capped at $18 an hour). Once capped , full time employees recieve a $500 a year " bonus" but no raises.

They are flexible and we work well as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than $20 an hour. I have a bachelors degree and 20 years of exoerience. My hourly wage has been capped. Paid time off is minimal and is available after a year of employment. We recieve 40 hours of vacation and personal time is earned based on the amount of hours worked.
