KinderCare Education Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Love it here all day

We work together well and make it work

I like that the team is very helpful and will step in to a classroom when needed to give lunches and 10s

Review from Admin Dept

Teamwork, hardworking and love each other like family.

At this time i am unable to answer this question. I am hoping for good change

They care about my opinions

My director cares about the staff and tries to make our work life better within the company's parameters.

she communicate great, she understand us and try her best to meet out needs

They treat their people with respect. We know what is expected of us with our work.

They showed up to work

That the team is always available and attentive

we get along very well and know how to communicate

Very communicative and helps whenever we need it

Always open to speak to direct CD

Friendly helpful and easy to talk to

My director supervisor is easy to work with

They are usually approachable and easy to talk to

They genuinely care about their employees

Nothing nice can really be said.

We need more teachers to enroll more kids. Management focuses on enrollment and not the resources needed to carry that level of enrollment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not lying to parents all the time

They need to replace the entire executive team- they have driven off the talent that made it a good company. They all have gone to Learning Adventure & Learning Care Group.

Everything need to be better

Need to be less judgmental and more accepting

They need better communication skills

They need a new director

Communicating with their coworkers is one scheduling the people at the right exact time they need extra people to cover other peoples overtime

Taking care of it's employees and paying them an affordable wage

Caring about the employees and not only getting enrollment up

Caring about the teachers who are actually doing the work.

Understanding employee's needs and developing empathy.

Managing the building and not being biased

Communication. Consistency. Dependability. Hiring people that actually like want to be there.

Subordination , less favoritism, considrate

They need to attribute problems to a team perspective instead of blaming them on vulnerable people.

Understanding what a teachers daily life is like, with the pressures and stress they add on top of parent expectations. Understanding that they have teacher shortages because they pay so low compared to other child care centers basically anywhere

Review from Customer Success Dept

Director does not respect their employees. She has an bad attitude, and cares only for her bonus and benefits

You have to be fair to me and all the other teachers even if we are diffrent religions

Honestly, just pay teachers a livable wage. I can’t even afford basic necessities on my wages alone, and that’s with a ton of overtime. But even so, I’ve put in countless hours of unpaid labor to make sure the children in my class are excited to come into my room and are excited to learn and

Communication and treating everyone the same
