We work together well and make it work
I like that the team is very helpful and will step in to a classroom when needed to give lunches and 10s

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to replace the entire executive team- they have driven off the talent that made it a good company. They all have gone to Learning Adventure & Learning Care Group.
Everything need to be better
Need to be less judgmental and more accepting
They need better communication skills
They need a new director
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In general I think is perfectly to myself
Nothing nor god pay and even my holiday pay is wors they cut and no PTO not vication no holiday right pay
All of it sounds good
Dental and Vision is very reasonable and the 401 K plan is a great plan there are 3 different tiers to how you invest.
Absolutely everything about it is the best part
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd rather have merit based pay increases.
Being a teacher there is a ton of responsiblity but the pay is not up to par
More pay and better benefits.
THE MARGIN BETWEEN A SALERY EXECUTIVE AND HOYRLY TEACHER COMPENSATION IS ENORMOUS
Tenured employees do not get raises only a small bonus , new employees make just a few dollars under employees that have been there for over 15 years
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, comforting, helpful, knowledgeable, senior employees
We are a family and we communicate to each other better than management communicates with staff
Great people that want to do their best
I can depend on my msngerment team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better trained teachers with experience along with early child education/development knowledge.
They do their best But they need financial motivation
Better compensation and better management

working with the families and children
No racist & peace most of the time. Alwys try to resolved conflicts
The families and seeing children reach and exceed milestones.
We are all down to earth and easy to talk to
We have worker's from different cultures, the benefits of that makes the environment great for our children. We are able to communicate with them and their parents.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The director. The pay. And the staffing
Hire more qualified teachers , pay better, communicate

Relaxing & the person who interviewee is approachable & very nice to boost confidence
The fact that it lasted about 2 hours and by the end it felt more like chatting with friends than an interview

I like what the Director had to say about, how the company was professional and well organized. I loved the fact that I was ensured that, I would have support. Know we have a knew director and the center is not being properly ran.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Way too easy anyone can have a job
In the interview they should explain the philosophy of the center to give the employee the opportunity to chose
I wish there was more transparency. Things arent consistent, and they make it out to be like it is.
It was fairly ok. Its just that nobody really stay there.

What makes you most happy at work?
The kids. I love working with them, even on the most exhausting days

Watching my children grown through the years and have the ability to build strong relationships woth this families
Seeing kids happy and learning & growing in all aspects of their life.
Consistency but also the ability to adapt quickly to any variables throughout the day.
Having a day where I can teach my class and have fun watching them learn and grow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to be honest with the parents and stop thinking strictly about the corporations needs only and really focus on with the parents and the children need. KinderCare has gotten way too deep into its own bottom line and profits and his let go of the values of the children and staff.

Disciplinary policies need refined and to be taken seriously and actually utilizes.
Our manager doesn't know what she's doing. The company doesn't pay enough.
PAY THE EMPLOYEES BETTER WAGES! PAY THE EMPLOYEES BETTER WAGES! PAY THE EMPLOYEES BETTER WAGES!
MANAGEMENT. It could be improved by hiring an experienced management team instead of a brand new incompetent one that aren't aware of labor laws.
