What did you like most about the interview process?

Relaxing & the person who interviewee is approachable & very nice to boost confidence

The fact that it lasted about 2 hours and by the end it felt more like chatting with friends than an interview

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Way too easy anyone can have a job

In the interview they should explain the philosophy of the center to give the employee the opportunity to chose

I wish there was more transparency. Things arent consistent, and they make it out to be like it is.

It was fairly ok. Its just that nobody really stay there.

More guidance with the taleo process. I have a lot of candidates that inloae because they can not figure things out

Nothing, they only need hire people because always employees leave this company

Better followup, training modules more marketing related vs technical training; Director skipped some segments. helpful if Corporate headquarters phones answered to get employee clarity. Retention of families w good teachers sells business more than "brand" marketing.

People needs jobs, hiring process doesn’t need to take 4 weeks, when a center needs
