We work together well and help each other and communicate well
They are willing to have better work ethics if we had better leadership.

Treat each other better, not create cliques
Show up to work, be on time, act like part of a team.
change the whole staff, get new people. From top to botom.
They need to make the everyday interesting and not operate like a machine robot.
show up, communicate, care, be flexibke
Experience. Very few have degrees
They need a better work environment, they need more education?
Many of my coworkers are new because of the extreme turnover rate. they are hired in desperation and most do not care to work with children so they are unhelpful

anger management, educational background and experience
Review from Operations Dept
Becoming a family, working together instead of against. And if the “acting director” from Bradford
Review from Communications Dept
Better education and training. More pay and more accountability so the good employees have a reason to stay
Review from Operations Dept
The director and assistant director have a lot of favoritism towards certain employees. The assistant directors little sister gets to do whatever she wants and takes 2 hour lunch breaks.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They need to work on being professional. Be civil to people you don't like and keep gossip and favoritism out of the workplace.
Review from Operations Dept
Do the same amount of work as those around you. Dont sit around while others are working their tails off.
Lots of drama and gossip
