Working at KinderCare has to be the worst experience. Recently management changed and the district leader is basically utilizing new management (inexperienced) to cut hours and alter pay breaking labor laws. HR doesn't care about employees or the kids! I was unjustly fired for speaking out!

They care about the children. unlike management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The children are the most positive part.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
MANAGEMENT. It could be improved by hiring an experienced management team instead of a brand new incompetent one that aren't aware of labor laws.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hire with the lowest pay available even though you have well over the credits needed for a lead teacher position. Nobody says thank you and the only thing people care about there is breaks, hours and micromanaging instead of checking in on the children.
