Fairness. Equality. Constructive criticism. Pleasant attitudes. Fair pay. No favoritism. No yelling, rudeness, or condescending talk.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are over worked and underpaid. Too much favoritism. Rude interactions with management. They can never be pleased.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some employees are favored over others and can get away with doing things others would be penalized or fired over.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do the same amount of work as those around you. Dont sit around while others are working their tails off.
