we all have been working together for many years now with very few changes. We all get along
What makes you most happy at work?
i enjoy this hybrid office work. So i look forward to going to the office the two times i am required to be there every week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have a clear career path or a higher position i can be promoted to. My only motivation is to have an increased compensation the next year
