Annual PTO (vacation, personal, charity, etc) allocation is generous, health benefits (insurance & wellness initiatives) are of primary importance, and the OTE is sizable

Personal health and well being are paramount. Assistance programs for particular needs and special interests are plentiful. The capacity of each individual is respected.

What did you like most about the interview process?

3-rounds of interviews allowed me to better understand the culture and operational philosophy I would be part of. I had a chance to show my strengths as well as openly discuss areas I wanted to grow and improve.

What makes you most happy at work?

I have the privilege of understanding our company's future roadmap as it relates to trends and developments in the CX landscape. Beyond understanding where we are headed, I have tangible influence over the path we take to get there.

My team is small in number when considering the tasks and targets we own. But each of us is a driven professional striving for lofty personal and organizational success. Our competitors utilize 2-3 times the workforce to achieve the same results.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our C-Suite has their finger on the pulse of employee satisfaction and regularly implements suggestions for improving our culture. They've demonstrated (for over a decade) a successful mechanism to keep KUBRA on the cutting edge of our industry, with respect to both our core competency and growth.
