Liberty Mutual Insurance – Back charging me 15K for roof replacement is criminal. I switched homeowners insurance company and have not received a refund... someone on the phone told me that LMG would not pay me my refund and that I would have to "Eat it" since I changed companies... I WILL NEVER GIVE LMG A GOOD RECOMMENDATION
