terrble managers that give you empty promises about moving up in the work place such as giving more hours or telling you that they will train you to be a manager then never do so , i have witnessed managers full blown cuss out customers / being disrespectful and not b fired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if i actually got the hours I was promised ( i was promised full time 35+ hours a week and ive only aquired 15 hours a week
