What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting the employees that do there job
Stop gossiping, help other workers, get a different manager.
communication with employee and paying more attention to employee needs .
Being leaders not being rude
Professionalism. Kindness. Consideration. Listening. Cleanliness.
The leadership team aside from the manager is relatively nice, one team lead has a little bit of a problem with communication but it isn't hugely affecting the team or anything.
Increase average pay for there workers who help make the ceo more than half a million a year
People acting like adults, doing there job , and following company rules
Learn to prioritize stores in need please.

Not hiring so much family. Family is causing them to lose their company. Not to mention the family stealing money all of the time from the registers and blaming their employees for it all!
This place is not the best to work for. They pay minimum wage and they reuse nasty old food
