What did you like most about the interview process?

It was honestly easy with most there was only a little bit of questions that I did have to redo just because I had forgotten.

It was a piece of cake,cwit promises for management which would never materialize.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I would let them know not to work there because it's drama and favorites going on and its a stressful place to work not because of the job itself but what goes on between the GM and employees

Make sure the question was to make sure they are available at all times

Offering experience based pay rate and asking more questions

I wasnt interviewed i walked into the store and jennifer had on the computer screen on the hire part and asked my information

Take more time to choose the right candidates
