Never got one so I don't know.

Pay Rate and My Position

Being able to earn vacation time

i got a job thats all that matters

It's very affordable for my pay

It comes with everything I need

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better training & a chart with the menu to learn for computer entry and locations of items

Making sure sure that people who have walked out during a rush been fired and still able to come back as shift lead never happens again. By making sure the gm knows that training is partly their responsibility and not leaving it up a person like me to figure because I've had previous managerial skil

Review from Sales Dept

for area manager Terrance and Mr. ED Lily valued his employee needs to be more attentive to the employee needs. value them due to their lack of attention the employee is homeless. Because of ignoring their employee needs.

Getting my pay stubs having the ability to log into that system

Actually get some because we have none

I have 2 years of cashier experience as well as business school experience but I'm getting paid minimum wage.

More compensation retirment package oppertunities to advance to corperate offices

if i actually got the hours I was promised ( i was promised full time 35+ hours a week and ive only aquired 15 hours a week

I came from a different store and was promised more then 13 dollars

People making 15 an hour or living wage probably.

More hoirs and more pay

Review from Sales Dept

The store manager always talks negative about me to other employees but to my face she acts as if im doing a great job

Review from Sales Dept

Because I'm good with customers, they love me, and I'm reliable
