What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A few nice employees, terrifying bad management who needed to bathe.

Just that we can work together when it gets tough

The strong leadership skills and work ethic of upper management gives me motivation to do better.

We have regulars that we have gotten to know and who have became our friends.

That we all have the same mentality as one which is, get thing done

There is no positive. I can't even stand behind the food quality or assurance of what I'm selling, let alone for Lent. I was told specifically that I need to lie to the customer and let them know that we use soy oil when knowingly we use animal fat based oil
