Hours i'm working are being unnaccounted for. I brought in 2 different pieces of proof and was still shorted on my hours. I also face ableist bullying in the work place from the manager. Things like insults and name calling. I don't believe I will be working here much longer.

customers have often been having complaints about a mix of things but some like it here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 2 years of cashier experience as well as business school experience but I'm getting paid minimum wage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team aside from the manager is relatively nice, one team lead has a little bit of a problem with communication but it isn't hugely affecting the team or anything.
